I think Yeat has successfully broken into the mainstream, Faygo isn’t there yet but with consistent releases he could be so much closer. The 2 year hiatus for pink hearts and the insane amounts of leak’s really killed the hype for the album
Some of the leaks like late night and hate when it rains go hard asf, if they and some others were on the final album and werent leaked people wouldnt dislike it so much. I fw pink hearts but hella people dont, like those songs are in between his old flow and pink hearts and are hits even without being officially released. There are other hits leaked like blast and vtms too, and the fact that they some of his best and most popular songs without being finished or being pushed by him and his team shows they were really that good
Ngl fam would love for him to be mainstream, but naw, he not yet. Hes only had one or two hits, i never hear him get any play rlly, radio or aux, bro had a nice run but even i have to admit the music def isnt for everyone

What happened is that he popped off during the hight of lockdowns. Yes people like Sofaygo but he didnt have room to become main stream with his mega hits like a lot of other artists, Plus he had already signed a deal so he couldnt do what Yeat did and just drop hella music constantly
imo he had the most unlucky come up of any artist ive ever seen. He is extremely talented though, its just whether or not his name is too old now to hit that next level.
