I have her fully built (not awakened in nexus though) For the sake of waifu purposes And let me tell you, she's one of the worst divers out there, Edith is the better option without a doubt I love Freya, but she dies way too fast and severly Lacks Damage in the process.

I think in my opinion selena must be ss because of his first ability that charm the enemy and the second ability is have a insane lifesteal
They probably also considered heroes tier in PVP. Selena isn't really that good at PVP since her energy regeneration is low.
Damn Argus got dragged to decent before he was op as heck
one secret? selena can beat almost chaos and order heroes, and can even fight 3 vs 1(normal heroes)
What makes her S tier is her slow energy regeneration in PVP. Remember, most popular heroes in the PVP have fast energy regeneration.

nope, you should always fill it out, ur chances to get mecha layla does not increase if you only have her there
