I like the 7's more when it's countries against each other more,and in the world series since it started in 1999.Liked NZ as from there,the men first and both when the women,Black Ferns 7's where added in 2012,and enjoying the BF 7's more the last few years or more than the NZ men's team. As for this US club comp?,check info,started in 2021i think, watched through the games over the weeks,women's only really interested in.And that's because of Stacey Waaka,my favourite women's rugby player,and also Rugby Tui,and a few other NZ women,forget exact number,6? who in the teams, playing in the comp.Not sure they had to many overseas players before this year's comp,maybe more will come over years,as women having contracts,wonder how much payed?.But one thing also see,the crowds not very large,in the large stadiums.Comp not so new?,but rugby 7's not a top sport in the US,with all the other US sports out there to.Maybe later on,it could pick up ?,as world series 7's men's and womens been played for years in different US cities. Checked womens comp not held in US since 2019 but?,they should add a city for the next 2023/24 series,not sure yet if one.🏴👍
The World Sevens Series is played on the west coast in the States. I think the Sevens World Cup was held in San Francisco. I enjoy Sevens, but it's too short. (I know it's that way for the tournament, 10 minutes is all that I am asking.) The women's game is more entertaining than the men's. The Premier Sevens is a little off for me because you only play against 3 teams in your conference and you only play against one team from the other conference for the final. Needs some work on that one. 😍😍 Stacey Smiles 😍😍 is the major reason I'm watching.
@@charlesray9674 Hey Charlie, the 10 minutes is a good idea, but much too long for the high speed that the game is played at. I suggest that you try two spells of 10 minutes high speed action nd see just how hard it is.
@TheTheotherfoot I think I'm misunderstanding your comment. I love sevens, the pace and the action. I cannot get enough. I'm guessing that if they play 10-minute halfs, they would have to change the tournament from playing in 2 or 3 days to 5-7 days which will kill that party atmosphere for fans....
Hey holden. The game of 7's is not a brawl. It is a game of skill and smart action in a short time. Get your brain into gear and if you cannot like the game, get out of the box.
