As a Celtic fan, I've always liked Ally's feelings for the Scotland team. He gave his all when playing for them. I'll never forget his final and 19th goal for Scotland against Switzerland in the Euros of 1996.
Takes a dafty to not recognise the talent he had. I watched an interview with him, Chris Sutton and some other fella driving around Glasgow and it was brilliant. He's a good man.

Yeah delighted for him. He’s had some amount of lows in a Scotland top. Been between the posts for a good few drubbings and never been his fault. So delighted he can get this high and credit he deserves. Still remember watching the game he came on as a sub for Celtic as a young lad and saved a Ronaldinho pen.

Englishman here, so pleased Scotland made it. A superb performance, their best in years except for the one lapse, absolutely thrilled for the fans. The guts the team showed in the penalty shootout was something else. Good luck in the Euros, except when you play England of course.

That's not true tbh, it's all banter we say it jokingly on the whole, there are tensions but I can't honestly say there is real dislike of English in scotland.
I’m from Glasgow and I don’t hate you guys. Sadly, you’ll always get anti-English and anti-Scots, but we’ll leave that to the hardcore bitters. A win and a draw should qualify teams as 4 of the 6 teams who finish third in the groups also qualify. Portugal only got 3 points in the group in the last Euros, finished third, and went on to win it.

As a Republic of Ireland supporter I'm delighted Scotland got through to the euros. seeing the age profiles of the Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland teams are both heading to the football wilderness of International football for the next 10-20 years before even getting into the position of qualifying for any future tournaments.

Marshall has always been an underrated goalkeeper. As good as McGregor was, I’m surprised Marshall never got the nod.

75 minutes Ally..not the entire 90...the last 15 minutes they were all over us and it was hard to watch. After our subs came on and all our dangerous played went off, the game plan changed and Serbia dominated.
