I WENT TO ISRAEL | My CIE Birthright Experience + Tips

AND WE’RE BACK! I hope you guys enjoyed this little hiatus I’ve taken for literally no reason. Over the past few months I’ve done quite a few things, one of those being A FREE TRIP TO ISRAEL!!
The beginning of this video is a short montage of clips I took when I actually remembered to vlog.. whoops! The second half of the video is a list of tips/topics I wanted to touch on and share my thoughts about after experiencing a group program such as CIE Birthright.
Here is a summary of my thoughts..
1. Packing: CIE provides all participants with a suggested packing list of what to bring on the trip. I suggest keeping the packing list in mind, but pack whatever will make you feel most comfortable, stylish and at the same time be mindful of the activities you will participate in (hiking, swimming, etc).
2. Money: Although this trip is fully funded by the CIE organization, you will be asked and are expected to bring money with you. I suggest bringing more than you think you’ll need. Left over shekels can be converted back into dollars, and I always think it’s better to be safe than sorry when travelling.
3. Meeting New People: You are going to meet new people, it’s inevitable on a trip like this one. Be open, be kind and be respectful.
4. TRAVEL AFTER BIRTHRIGHT: As I explained in the video.. YOU’RE IN EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST FOR FREE! DON’T WASTE A FREE PLANE TICKET AND GO EXPLORE THE WORLD WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!!!!!!
5. Apply to go on a trip with CIE. It’s worth it and you will enjoy it! I promise you that. It may be scary and very new to some of you but I cannot stress this enough, YOU HAVE TO GO!
