To me the big story here is the light weight and thin body. I have a Xiaomi 13 Lite with comparable dimensions and it just disappears into any pocket and never weighs you down. This has a much better camera than my 13 Lite, though.

That depends on your priorities. If you value a larger display, higher RAM, and faster charging, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro might be a better fit. However, if camera performance and waterproofing matter more to you, the Vivo V30 could be the right choice.

In my opinion Xiaomi 13!
The Xiaomi 13 has a higher refresh rate (144Hz) compared to the Civi 4 Pro (120Hz).
The Civi 4 Pro offers better video recording quality (2160p at 60fps) than the Xiaomi 13 (2160p at 30fps).
The Xiaomi 13 has a larger battery (5000 mAh) than the Civi 4 Pro (4700 mAh).
The Civi 4 Pro is lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi 13.
