This was a great presentation. It so hard to find good explanations like this regard PolySci, because so many students post their projects. Thank you for posting this. -College_Student

As far as not putting out the church that is on fire, because they are not putting out all the churches on fire. Just because one building is on fire, all buildings with similarities are not supposed to all of a sudden go up in flames, as well. Therefore, the Fire Dept. is not obligated to put all churches fires out at the same time. I am sure most fire departments would put out any fire. The safety of the people who pay the taxes is what is being payed for and the Federal Government should not have say in this matter. The state Government should only be concerned with making sure Fire Departments are equipped to save the people, as, the people are who pays the taxes to have the Fire Departments as well as schools.

9:50 AM 5/9/2016 hint: Everson v. Board of Education - *The "establishment of religion" clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the federal government can set up a church. Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another. Neither can force nor influence a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion. No person can be punished for entertaining or professing religious beliefs or disbeliefs, for church attendance or non-attendance. No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion. Neither a state nor the Federal Government can, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organizations or groups and vice versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect "a wall of separation between church and State."* - wikipedia
I'm confused. In the video you say that faculty of schools leading prayer is a violation of the establishment clause, yet later on you say that it isn't illegal until someone complains. Is it illegal from the getgo or ONLY when someone complains about it?

Would like to hear your views concerning Sharia and Noahide Laws preference. In fact Nohaide Laws were passed in 1991.
