I am sure JLO will never see this, but I have to comment. I know this song is directed to a couple, for I have watched the movie twice, but this song has become so special to me for a whole other reason. My husband and I were never able to have children, which I longed for and grieved myself into depression for many years. I finally gave up and excepted that I would never be a mom at age 35. Then when I turned 40 my husbands nephew and his girlfriend had a baby they weren’t able to take care of. We are now the proud parents of an amazing 10 year daughter. She was born to be our child. I love her birth mom and dad because without them I wouldn’t have her to be a mom too. I have known for many years now that I was never able to have my own children because I had to wait on her to be born. Through all the heartache and pain and the many tears she was worth waiting on. This is a beautiful song and it has spoken to me about waiting on my daughter
This is my husband's and my wedding song and what I walked down the aisle to him...but it does also make me think of my daughter that is my whole world coming to me as well.
Lovely story! I think of this song as a way to see any series of negative experiences as just stops of the way to a better place. :)

Just watched the movie! Just WOW. Best movie I have seen in a long time. The positive vibes from this film. I smiled ear to ear during the whole thing. What a wonderful story. The characters in the whole film....the kids in the class even. This is what the world needs now. All you need is love....and this film is shining with it.

JLo has really matured as an artist. Not my typical type of music, more a hard rock fan. I have found myself listening and loving it...can't get enough. She really is a very under rated artist that puts the work in and her music shows it. You have a fan for life here!! Keep it up.

She put in an Oscar worthy performance in “Marry Me” IMHO. Her performance won’t get the credit it deserves due to the whimsical storyline. The music in the film was perfect for the story as well. Her vocals are powerful without being overwhelming. JLo has mastered her craft.

As someone who has had their heart broken more times than people can count, I really understood and felt it at the beginning when Kat said “why do I always choose the wrong guys.” This is a feeling I’ve felt way too many times. This is probably my favorite movie right now even tho I watched it when it first came out and I'm OBSESSED with this song and the entire soundtrack. INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE by Jlo, Owen Wilson and the entire cast. This song makes me cry everytime I hear it. I think we all, including Jennifer can really relate to this.
