@@alanafay the child wouldn't be in a bustier per se... but... bc their mom knows they take off their shirt; so she puts them in a onesie/bodysuit (whatever you want to call a shirt that buttons/snaps under the crotch) so that even if they rip off the regular shirt, they still can't take that off, meaning the child isn't running around naked/top less.
