An extraordinary guy and, at the same time, a very ordinary (in a really good sense) human being. How refreshing! Toast filled with grated cheese (one may call it an oversimplified or even purist version of croque monsieur) is indeed great - the kids in my family all love simple things like this. But I also love the dish you cooked on the rooftop - that must be something, really. Just like your curry. Actually, if I were you , I was hesitating between starting the playa bowl chain OR becoming a gastro-guru supermodel and come forward with my own creations. You would be successful in either choices, I am sure. As a (wo)man of books and reading, I am fond of the scenes on Rizzoli and the National Library. Books still have the magical power to take you away to their own universe, they feed your inner sight and fantasy that one should never lose. Sure, gaming is similar to books in this respect, since they carry you into their own world, yet, you may become addicted to their miracles. I find it great that you seem to find the balance between the virtual and actual realities, which is an indication that you are a well-balanced person. Thousand thanks for the inspiration that I found in your cooking scenes. Keep-keep-keep doing it and filming on any themes you prefer. (You may include books, libraries, video games, dogs... anything that your life is about.) I hope that you feel fine and you are healthy anywhere you are. Chef Ungho-nim, I need to praise you at so good Curry you do, you cook almost like my mom, my mom always told me caramel the onion at least 45 minutes and she add butter at the end like you too. Your curry is very great, just some tips from my mom that I humble think can improve your curry to the next level.😊 First, if you have time, use dashi broth ( make from seaweed/kept) replace for plain water, use mix curry brand, my mom use both s&b curry brand and brand called vermont, and last tip, add some dark chocolate or instant coffee to curry broth, i know is sound weird 😂 but homecook curry Japanese do it 😂. My mom add nutmeg powder little to her curry to make it fancy too. My mom always served curry rice with some pickles vegetables called Fukujizuke, my lil bro likes eat curry rice with kimchi. Thank you for share with us beautiful view of New York and all food receipt😊.
