Goodness her fathers Irish accent is sooooo THICK, when they asked him what he thought all I understood was “ohhh, hehwhdlcubsksbrksk lemon toot” .... 😳
Yes he was. I noticed though that the mother and father sat at opposite ends of the entourage seating. I wonder if that was on purpose, or just happened by chance...
I would have liked to have seen the larger size on her. This one broke so much at the waist that it made her look terrible. It didn't seem to suit her, but then we don't know her so that's hard to determine.
The lady in the blue is such a good friend. She really took into account how her friend felt and also watch closely to how she reacted in the dress. Also, the dress is so lovely, definitely looked more bridal the second time she came out in it!
I love so much how decent families can read the body language and spirit of their bride. People who are in tune will put their own opinions aside once they realize their bride is happy. What a beautiful experience for her
I don't think it was the bride who made Rachel change her mind, it was the not so subtle hint from her mum: "It's lovely Rachel, look" translates as "please shut up Rachel, she likes the dress". To her credit she 'got it' and said "after looking at it again I do prefer this one".
I’ve watched a number of the SYTTD Ireland, and I must say, with apologies to the UK shows, that the quality of the gowns seems so much nicer, and, because of that, the brides, all shapes and size, look much prettier to me. I dislike the illusion dresses, and most of the UK dresses have wrinkly flesh-colored illusion either all over or at the top. Plus the UK dresses look cheaper, even though they’re sometimes even pricier. The brides on the Ireland series have all looked really beautiful, no sleeze.
That's quite true 👍 I have noticed that immediately, the quality and design truly makes a difference in a way that super fancy dresses might sometimes look too much to be worn, that's kinda strange but absolutely noticeable. Thank you for pointing that out, Love from Jordan ❤️
I think Gok, Lancashire has better dresses - more true range in style. He is the dream for any person having to try on dresses. Especially when they loathe/fear the experience. The entourage in Ireland seems much kinder and supportive.
I have watched so any of these videos I have lost count. To me, that vintage look dress is the MOST BEAUTIFL wedding dress I have ever seen. She looked stunning !!!
I loved that dress she had picked, it was amazing. A dress is as bridal as you want it to be! Her figure looked fantastic, she didn’t need to have anything hanging out to look sexy!!
The “bridal look” is marketing brainwashing - white, poofy, lacy, princess with a license to act like a jerk in the pursuit of a “perfect” wedding. It’s so archaic.Women aren’t like that. We busy.
She's a more mature bride. The frilly, froo-froo dresses of a 20 year old bride aren't for her. This gown is regal and stunning and reflects her preferences much more. It's just what she wanted.
I don’t think it’s a second wedding though. I think her and her daughter’s father are just finally getting married. Because she said her parents were wondering if she ever were going to get married
I think every single wedding dress shop around the world MUST IMPORT WEDDING DRESS FROM IRELAND. Every single dress in say yes to dress ireland very gorgeos beautiful
Considering that woman making that statement was wearing a necklace made of what looked like Skittles candies glued together, she isn't exactly a fashionista, that's for certain!
I assume the step dad doesn’t like her, and it’s affected her relationship with her mum. Wild speculation, yes, but this is standard when parents remarry. Existing kids become unwanted baggage.
I love it ❣️ I also love her Da - he reminds me of my own Da who passed away in '97 and whom I miss so very much. All the best to the happy couple - may their joys be many and their troubles be few!
Perhaps it's because I'm not from the UK or Ireland that I'm not so keen on the brides choices. But I love watching it anyway just because the dignity the Irish do show. Lovely people,!
Only a few people can rock this type of gown - you need to be tall for starters. Absolutely LOVE this gown on her. Seems to totally suit her personality and SO Glam ! I'd kill to be able to wear something vintage like this. Dahhling....you look Mahhvelous!!
here in the philippines your 500 dollars can buy a very nice and elegant wedding gown!! there are even 100 dollars that are already good!!! just sharing hehe
IDGAF id its "bridal" or not, the second she started being a goofball is the second you know its her dress. she's happy, and that layer of expectation is gone, tgats what you want your partner to bring out, and if you can be you in your dress too... hell to the yes!
I thought all three dresses were very pretty. I think the second one was a great choice, provided she was able to get the correct size. I think that, generally, ivory/cream dresses look much more flattering on blondes than white ones do.
I loved the Bride's reaction to the second dress. It was figure flattering, it had a wonderful vintage look, the details were amazing yet it had a n ice clean line. it really complemented the Bride - her style, her body and her attitude. She was glowing and the family minus the daughter who had quite an atittude could see it and helped celebrate and build up the bride to enjoy her moment. Everyone deserves that moment when they feel their best. Confidence and joy reads her beautiful. As for the daughter, well she certainly did not let a tv camera influence her behaviour on camera. Maybe she was oping to get ready to be on a reality show. Mori Lee dresses are beautiful and affordable. I like that this was a real dress. And quite honestly looked better than a lot of those American shows where the brides seem like spoiled, entitled brats who buy dresses that are over the top or appear to be made for someone else and often their body parts and curves are flaunted beyond tasteful. Bravo to our Irish bride. Beautiful.
Do you think the gown is bridal enough? 👗
Please heart this comment 😍
Yes !!
Yes
Absolutely!
Yes it’s bridal ... it’s my actual wedding gown
Money isn't a problem coz there isn't any 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol😂
Story of life on that.
Irish daddy jokes
😅
Something my Grandpa would say. Scottish
I love the dad so much, no idea what he's saying but he's a darling
😂😂😂😂
I understood him very well...Irish wit always comes through! Slainte! ☘️
I'm waiting for Say Yes to the Dress Antarctica. The penguins are already in tuxedos.
🤣🤣🤣
Kinda dad's jokes 😅
Janet Steinman 😂🤣😂
Thanks for making me laugh 🤣🤣🤣
Now this made me laugh🤣
Goodness her fathers Irish accent is sooooo THICK, when they asked him what he thought all I understood was “ohhh, hehwhdlcubsksbrksk lemon toot” .... 😳
Same😅🤷🏻♀️
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Seriously! And I rewinded to listen again, and heard the same thing! 🤣😂🤣😂 I love it? he’s adorable!
Love dad, “money isn’t a problem-there is none.”😂🤣😂🤣❣️🤗🤗🤗
This dress looks gorgeous on her and makes her figure look to die for!! Great choice!
She was GLOWING in it too!
I loved how happy and funny she was!!
the dad is so adorable
Yes he was.
I noticed though that the mother and father sat at opposite ends of the entourage seating. I wonder if that was on purpose, or just happened by chance...
Her dad is lovely!!! How classy he turned up in a suit
The second dress, the vintage one is absoultly beautiful. It's her dress, she just needs to up the size.
It's an amazing dress.
I have to disagree. I didn’t like it on her. Just something about it . Maybe when they get her size?
If she likes it buy it
Gorgeous dress, but I didn’t think it suited her.
I would have liked to have seen the larger size on her. This one broke so much at the waist that it made her look terrible. It didn't seem to suit her, but then we don't know her so that's hard to determine.

Agree completely.
Hello Sarah, how are you doing?
I don't think it was the bride who made Rachel change her mind, it was the not so subtle hint from her mum: "It's lovely Rachel, look" translates as "please shut up Rachel, she likes the dress".
To her credit she 'got it' and said "after looking at it again I do prefer this one".

I am with Claudia. There are more than one illusion style dress in every single UK show. Ireland, Lancashire and Essex are my favourites.
That's quite true 👍
I have noticed that immediately, the quality and design truly makes a difference in a way that super fancy dresses might sometimes look too much to be worn, that's kinda strange but absolutely noticeable.
Thank you for pointing that out, Love from Jordan ❤️
I have to agree --- I'm not a fan of illusion dresses either
Can some kind hearted Irish person transcribed what the dad is saying? 🥺
I think Gok, Lancashire has better dresses - more true range in style.
He is the dream for any person having to try on dresses. Especially when they loathe/fear the experience. The entourage in Ireland seems much kinder and supportive.
With her hair up it made the 2nd dress look even more stunning. Great choice and best wishes on your wedding day
Exactly! Her hair needs to be up for the wedding. It looks better up
"Shes doing that little wiggle" that's a good friend when that how she knew that it was the dress.
The consultants was absolutely lovely.
The second dress is the EXACT kind of dress I would choose. Awesome. It looks like a Jenny Peckham and she is my favorite designer
It’ was so refreshing to see a bride so gritty about her dress and. a supportive family. 💕YES!
How much do I just love her father! ❤️ He’s a doll.
I love the Irish humor it’s so gently funny.
I have watched so any of these videos I have lost count. To me, that vintage look dress is the MOST BEAUTIFL wedding dress I have ever seen. She looked stunning !!!
She picked the right one. The third one didn't flatter her figure at all, IMO.
I loved that dress she had picked, it was amazing. A dress is as bridal as you want it to be! Her figure looked fantastic, she didn’t need to have anything hanging out to look sexy!!
Not normally keen on the shade, but she looks simply stunning! I love the shorter veil too that sits more up and towards the back. GORGEOUS!
Why this version has so many elegant dresses on a budget. The dress is really elegant is suots her age range really well.
I don't understand the question about being "bridal enough" way back you put on your best dress.. that second dress was amazing.
Truth.
Exactly.
Exactly. Or perhaps inherited a dress that was passed down.
Their accents are so cute and polite I love it!
What a gorgeous dress! Suits her beautifully, in my opinion.
Why do the dresses on the non-US version look so gorgeous 😫 And I like the smaller intimate settings
Because most american want to the shock factor rather to be beautiful.
In the same way that a "swimsuit body" is a body with a swimsuit on it, a dress is "bridal" if it's on the bride.
A M bruh thats ,, a gOOD POINT
I’m so glad you went with the vintage dress! It is exceptionally gorgeous on you!
I'm happy she chose that dress, it looks unique and so good on her!
Especially with her hair up and a band... gorgeous!!
I loved how everyone had her in mind. Not their own stupid stubborn ideas. They were all so sweet.
I love how excited and happy she is
Love the Vintage Gown she chose. So stunning and not like any other that we see on these shows. A real thirty’s vibe😄
Her dress is beautiful and when she put it on the second time, she looked so much younger! Such a youthful joy
Dress 2 is beautiful, and she looks wonderful. Is it bridal enough, hell yes! Bridal is different to everyone.
Such an elegant and suttle colored dress...I would definitely pick such dress for my wedding
Dad said "I'm flummoxed now because I'm torn between the whole lot of them now to tell you the truth"
Love the dress she chose. It is her and if it is a second wedding then it's okay it makes her happy.
They are all lovely and so supportive! This episode made me happy!
"Does it feel like a very fancy party dress?" ... A wedding IS a really fancy party?
Considering that woman making that statement was wearing a necklace made of what looked like Skittles candies glued together, she isn't exactly a fashionista, that's for certain!
I love seeing brides in vintage dresses!
Her daughter looks kinda upset the whole video
I would to if my mom laughed like that at everything
She looks like she's unhappy with her mom marrying her fiance
reveling in the attention just imagine the wedding day
mohana ilango she’s a teen. Teens are sassy. And her moms getting married to someone that’s probably not her dad. Can be hard to share the love
I assume the step dad doesn’t like her, and it’s affected her relationship with her mum. Wild speculation, yes, but this is standard when parents remarry. Existing kids become unwanted baggage.
The first dress is so pretty and looks so stunning on her. Can't believe she didn't choose that.
Beautiful! Love how excited she was in her dress!
The Bride and her Dad made me smile
41 where??? Her skin is great and she looks SO GOOD in the dress she chose. Gorgeous, Sinead, truly. Congratulations!
They seem like nice genuine people
I love it ❣️ I also love her Da - he reminds me of my own Da who passed away in '97 and whom I miss so very much. All the best to the happy couple - may their joys be many and their troubles be few!
OMG! That dress is absolutely stunning! Love it!
That dress is very classy I love your dad there's no problem with money there isn't any. He is a character.
The DRESSES are gorgeous.
Second dress was beautiful...I loved it on her x
The way she talks is so sophisticated 😍
Lovely bride n her family !!
Perfect choice!! And im not usually a fan of short veils but this whole entire look was perfection!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most gorgeous dress, I have seen yet. Including all the years of day y.es to the dress episodes, and all the weddings I have ever been to. Bravo
First dress was very beautiful on her..
The colour is beautiful and the vintage style is perfect on her
Perhaps it's because I'm not from the UK or Ireland that I'm not so keen on the brides choices. But I love watching it anyway just because the dignity the Irish do show. Lovely people,!
I love the 2nd dress ❤ ❤
I do love this version of Say Yes to the Dress! The second dress💜💜💜💐
She looks gorgeous in every dresses.
Only a few people can rock this type of gown - you need to be tall for starters. Absolutely LOVE this gown on her. Seems to totally suit her personality and SO Glam ! I'd kill to be able to wear something vintage like this. Dahhling....you look Mahhvelous!!
Again that BS "It's not bridal enough" GRRRRR I hate that
Dalila Rocha, true. Maybe “traditional” is a better word. But either way it’s bridal bc she’s a bride🤷🏽♀️😅
@@tacobella99 Exactly!
YES. "Is it bridal enough?" Do you want to get married in it? THEN IT'S BRIDAL.
Dalila Rocha it’s not ‘stereotypically bridal enough’ might be a better way to put it
@Rebster I'd like to see a picture of that.
This woman’s figure is so beautiful! I love the dress she chose I hope she enjoys/enjoyed her wedding day
such a unique dress I love it
LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE dress #2 on her
they all have such nice hair!
I would wear this dress! Lovely details! 😍
Oh she’s just so happy 😃👏 and the dad’s money comment 😂

I love the dress she picked on her!
Very nice dress. Perfect choice for the beautiful bride.
Her dad is the CUTEST
IDGAF id its "bridal" or not, the second she started being a goofball is the second you know its her dress. she's happy, and that layer of expectation is gone, tgats what you want your partner to bring out, and if you can be you in your dress too... hell to the yes!
Agree !!!
I thought he was looking at the floor revolving. 🤣
If I ever get married, I'm going to keep that dress in mind. Exactly my style!
Do you know which designer it is /the name of it...?
I knew that was her dress because of the way she was walking. The happy speed walk with little skips. I mean adorable
This dress is stunning!!
Say yes to the dress Ireland and England is so calming and beautiful
Wow, this is a beautiful dress on her! Absolutely love it!
I thought all three dresses were very pretty. I think the second one was a great choice, provided she was able to get the correct size. I think that, generally, ivory/cream dresses look much more flattering on blondes than white ones do.
The 2nd dress on her was 😍
I’d so get married in the dress she chose ❤️ she is stunning and the dress is stunning!
Flummoxed! what a great word that doesn't get used often enough!
She's such a beautiful woman!
That 2nd dress is BEAUTIFUL! I'd love to wear it in my wedding!
I loved the Bride's reaction to the second dress. Yes it fit her beautifully
I loved the first dress and gave her such a nice figure!
STUNNING!!
This is the kind of dress I want for me! Loved her personality and her little pretend walking down the isle with flowers lol
Loved her choice!
Her daughter looks beautiful.
