Garlic-cheese pastry 🤩Simple and delicious | CESMINAZ

Fantastically tasty salty pastry that you can easily prepare at home 😉 It is excellent for breakfast, a snack, or even with soup for lunch. Be sure to try it friends, it tastes amazing!!!
We need:
400g smooth flour (all purpose flour)
300g grippy flour
400ml water
50 ml of oil
2 egg yolks
21g of yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Filling:
150g of mozzarella
150g Emmental/Eidam/Gouda (cheese to taste)
100g of butter
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
On top:
1 egg
Seeds to taste

Cesminaz,
čarodejnica. Nestačím ukladať Tvoje recepty, nieto ešte vyrábať.
Naučila si ma robiť kysnuté cesto, ale nemám dosť trpezlivosti a hlavne mám málo času. Čo som stihla upiecť či uvariť, bolo výborné.
