Have you ever heard al-Wahhābiyyah mock Ahl-al-Sunnah, accusing them of Shirk, Bidʿah and Kufr whenever we narrate the Karāmāt of the Awliyāʾ, like Shaykh ʿAbdul Qādir al-Jīlānī reviving the dead? You probably have. What if we told you their unofficial "Salaf" i.e. Ibn Taymiyyah says that a man who follows the prophets عليهم السلام can revive the dead. He states: "Someone might ask: Everything that Allāh does in the world in terms of signs is evidence of the truthfulness of the prophets and necessarily implies it. Whether these signs are common among the prophets or among the righteous who follow the prophets, they necessarily imply the truthfulness of the one claiming prophethood. If these signs only occur for a prophet or one who follows a prophet, then they must belong to one of these two categories. A false claimant to prophethood is not one of them; thus, a righteous follower of the prophets never lies about claiming prophethood, nor would anyone claim it unless he is truthful, just as the prophets who followed the law of Mūsā عليه السلام did. If one of the signs of a prophet is that Allāh revives the dead, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚̄𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝 for another prophet or 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐬. For example, Allāh revived the dead for more than one prophet and for those who followed them, and this was a sign of the prophethood of Muḥammad ﷺ, and the prophethood of those before him, since reviving the dead was exclusive to the prophets and their followers." [Al-Nubuwwāt by Ibn Taymiyyah, volume 1, pp. 492-493] Therefore, according to Ibn Taymiyyah a righteous saint (Walī) who follows the prophets can revive the dead, just as the prophets can do so, by the permission of Allāh Almighty. Will they now dare to call the authentic accounts of our Awliyā's karāmāt as 'khurafāt'?

1. Purity is to Him Who took His bondman in a part of the night from the Sacred Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque around which We have placed blessings (barakah), in order that We may show him Our great signs; indeed he is the listener, the beholder.
(Notes: If you read carefully, this verse has spoken about blessings which have been placed around Aqsa Mosque .So what blessings are around Aqsa mosque ? It is the Holy Shrines of the previous Prophets ( peace be upon them all) which have barakah .Remember even Aqsa mosque have blessings ( barakah) inside it and also around it, Allah have placed blessings ( barakah ).)
Sureh Nisa Ayat No.64
And We did not send any Noble Messenger except that he be obeyed by Allah’s command; and if they, when they have wronged their own souls, come humbly to you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him) and seek forgiveness from Allah, and the Noble Messenger intercedes for them, they will certainly find Allah as the Most Acceptor Of Repentance, the Most Merciful.
(Notes: If you read carefully,Allah has ordered Muslims if they have wronged their souls or committed any sins come humbly to our Beloved Prophet ﷺ and seek forgiveness from Allah and they will find him Most Merciful .So this verse was not only for the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) but for the Ummah of our Beloved Prophet ﷺ.)
Surah Baqarah Ayat 248
248. And their Prophet said to them, “Indeed the sign of his kingdom will be the coming of a wooden box (The Ark of Covenant) to you, in which from your Lord is the contentment of hearts and containing some souvenirs (remnants) left behind by the honourable Moosa and the honourable Haroon (Aaron), borne by the angels; indeed in it is a great sign* for you if you are believers.” (The remnants of pious persons are blessed by Allah.)
Notes: The ark of covenant consisted of remnants of the Prophets (peace be upon them all) like the staff of Moses, The ring of Sulaiman etc. So whenever the Israelites used to go for war they used to carry the The ark of covenant with them in the war , By the barakah of it Allah used to grant them victory and also they used to seek waseelah from it. So if the remanants of the Prophets ( peace be upon them all) are blessed by Allah then what about the Resting Place Of Prophets and Awliyah ?..

Hadith 1054
ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿAmr > Kathīr b. Zayd > Dāwud b. Abū Ṣāliḥ:
[Machine] Marwan approached one day and found a man placing his face on the grave of RasoolAllah ﷺ . He asked, "Do you know what you are doing?" He went towards him and found that he was Abu Ayyub Al Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him). He said, "Yes, I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and did not visit the Stone (Idol). I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Do not cry for the deceased regarding their religion when their family members are taking care of it, but cry when someone other than their family is taking care of it.'"
