these reminds me of the Kjeltsen butter cookies somehow. those are probably the prettiest pretzels i have ever seen in my life. you lived in Bavaria? I cannot imagine, i wish to go there someday i hope. i never dare to knead anything or bake anything. the orange iciing looks great on the pretzel, you can add sesame seed too.
