California Screamin is the roller coaster that made me a coaster enthusiast as well. I rode it when I was 8 years old and it was my first roller coaster with an inversion. If I didn’t ride the ride, I may not be the coaster enthusiast I am today.
I definitely agree that Goofy's Sky School really doesn't fit well at DCA, but I was at least pleasantly surprised by the minimal braking on the first few sets of hairpins. Space Mountain would be my #1 at the resort; the dark setting and awesome soundtrack makes it feel so much faster and wilder.
My opinion is that you should have ranked the two Matterhorn coasters separately. They are so different. The Tomorrowland Side is my favorite coaster of all time! (the ultimate GP opinion... I know). I also loving cursing out the Abominable Snowman far more than I should.
LOL i would’ve, but I didn’t separate the two because I chose not to make Lightning Racer two spots in the Hersheypark video. Though, Matterhorn’s two sides differentiate more than Lightning Racer’s. At the end of the day, they are both one roller coaster, just two credits; I think what I said works.
The best coaster I've ridden at the resort was California Screamin' followed by Matterhorn Bobsleds, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Goofy's Sky School. That could easily change as I haven't ridden Space Mountain yet and I don't like how they turned California Screamin' into The Incredicoaster.
@@wingchun1719 I didn't because it was closed for refurbishment during my visit. If it was open, it probably would've been my favorite and it will definitely be my top priority when I return some day.
@@mitchellries256 oh awesome! Yeah go on a weekday if you can. Space Mountain wait times are like 10 to 20 minutes these days. Space Mountain is an all time attraction and the experience is surreal. Although Matterhorn is still my favorite roller coaster ride at Disneyland, Space Mountain is a hit list must.
I feel like matterhorn bobsleds really resembles an alpine coaster. Not just because it's built into a mountain, but just because of the track style and how the layout is mostly gradual descents with some sharp turns
I always don’t know if I rode gadgets go coaster when I went in 2015 because when I came in 2019 I rode everything else but gadgets go coaster because the line was 45minutes
Ohh ghostrider at knott’s berry farm and we skipped it because well let’s just say my mom and older brother didn’t have the best experience there but we went on a bad day since the pony express broke down when we were about to board on, my mom almost got stuck on the turn thing in Sierra sidewinder, and I rode pretty much the worst carousel 🎠 ever since it just stay and doesn’t go up and down like it’s supposed to. So we just skipped ghostrider and leave.
@@Jaxsen522 you didn’t ride ghostrider out of frustration that you almost got stuck and that a ride broke down? these are both normal occurrences and you let it get in the way of you riding one of america’s best wooden coasters..

@@CoasterDash but we had a bad experience for some reason because my mom and brother aren’t those people. So yeah my mom was pretty pissed off of how the day went on and she wasn’t satisfied.

i've only space mountain with the star wars makeover. so i have yet to experience it with ghost galaxy and normal makeover
