    Watching Novak play reminds me when I was watching Mike Tyson with my grandpa as a kid or Michael Jordan in the early 90s or Kobe Bryant doing his thing… just levels above anyone else…very very special athlete!!!

    He is in peak form, everything is working, the return of serve, deep and with pace, the movement, still lightning fast enabling him to get to so many balls-extending points.... and mind you, he hasn't played the full year.......the way he is able to fend off these young lions at the age of 35, kudos to him. i don't see anybody beating him in Paris.. Bravo to the best tennis player in the world who shows no sign of slowing down..

    Considering how little 'competitive' matches he's played compared to every other player on the tour, and the fact he 10 to 15 years their senior...well, words fail me. Other than to say, irrespective who wins Paris, he's simply the GOAT! In my humble opinion anyway.

    I think I saw Musetti's soul leaving his body sometime around game 4 of the second set. But seriously, this is pretty much what I expected this match to be, and Nole should crush Shitsipas in the semis as well. Right now, FAA's the only one playing at even close to his level.

    Going for his incredible 39th Máster series title where he is already a leader. Not many speak of this monumental achievement which is simply insane. Novak is the stand alone player to win golden masters twice. And with the way he is playing at his age and his level of endurance, he can easily accumulate half a century of master series haul.

      Clay slam only 1 + countless of injuries + so many missed slams + more uso titles than best hard court player ever + better h2h in slams + 13 freaking FOs + above all still 22 slams. Barring injuries Rafa would have been close to 30. Give Djoko such injuries, Djoko would have been under 15. Rafa is far greater than Djoko and is far harder what he has done already.

    Other than having perfect strokes, I think Novak finds a way to hit it just on the last second and those balls are unreadable, you see Musetti puzzled every time

    Djokovic shows he is still the man to beat. He should have this one in the bag now that the bracket is cleared up. This coming from a Nadal fan. You can see Djokovic's level compare to all the upcoming next gen players. Not comparable.

      Whoa there. FAA is looking ridiculously good right now. A completely new player ever since he beat Djokovic in the Laver Cup. I think it's going to be a Djoker - FAA final but its no easy route whatsoever. He's going to have a decently tough match against Stef and then the match against FAA is going to be a real battle.

    I think because before the match Musetti commented he wants revenge against Djokovic ever since last year's RG when he had 2 sets lead in QF, I guess Novak heard him and take it personally, Novak wants to send Musetti a message let him know back then he was not at his best despite he still won the match comfortably in the end.
    Today Novak show the youngster where his place at with him!!

    I watch Him now for 15 plus years. He never Played so good. I know He had fantastic seasons in 11, 15 and 21 even 18 and16. But the way He plays now, so Mature He never served better. The Movement the motivation. Everything is far above the Rest. In someway thank you Australien goverment for motivating nole. Hell have 27-30 majors when all said and Done. GOAT

    Commentator words- "Its really a shame, we are not able to see Musetti play at his best, against the best.It's really difficult to match Djokovic's level, and he will make you earn every damn point". Point is, Musetti hadn't suddenly dropped his level, he was simply humbled by Djokovic. Consistency is the key. Back to basics. Indeed, it is above the GOAT mode, " GOD MODE".
