The whole year i had phobia of cardiac cycle but literally now i feel this is so easy all thanks to u sir keep going sir ....this will be very helpful for making our concepts strong
S4 (4th heart sound) is pathological. It is heard during Atrial Contraction which occurs during the Last Rapid Ventricular Filling phase when the atria has to do extra work incase of Restrictive Cardial Myopathy. Sir maza aagaya lecture dekh kee. Big ups to you👍👍👍. Keep flourishing and wish you the best.👌👌👏👏👏
Thankyou so much for making it so simple........ It is really time consuming and complex topic of cvs but you made it very understandable in just 24 minutes.

Hello Akshat sir I am a need isparent and I get to know about your channel by a RUclips video and I wish that I complete and clear need so that I can also study from you I was really very happy to see this video and I have watch full share with my parents don't know I am very excited just please wish I can clear it out
S4 is always pathological and it is heard when atrial contraction contributes to more than 20% filling. Seen in conditions like restrictive cardiomyopathy and long standing hypertension.
S4 is the sound produced during atrial systole(rest 20% ) and it is seen in abnormal condition that is RCM (Restricted Cardiac Myopathy) Thankyou sir for making this topic easier.😊
S4 is the sound heard when atria is contracting so hard(for that left 20%), that a sound is generated. It usually happens in the case when the contraction of atria is less functional and some exercise has been done by the same person.
In gyton there ia a statement at 3times the normal heart rate systole is about 0.65 of the entire cardiac cycle. I don't understand this one ...if the heart rate is increasing why is the systole duration also increasing
Superb Video Sir I thoroughly enjoyed it...Sir main toh Sembu wali thee🤭🤭 but I really understood the concept. S4 is when the atria contracts. It's a Pathological Condition😋 Sir do u have notes of all the topics?

Amazing Sir, Wiggers diagram is really scary.. But now it seems easy
You're welcome, keep learning 🌟
u saved me sir, m all ready for my presentation now. u saved me from depression
Great job. Today am going to appear in my 1sy proff 😢

Thank you so much sir🙏🏻,
For explaining the wiggers diagram as well as cardiac cycle. Now it is very easy to study.😊
Obessed with ur teaching...well explained👍

Tysm for the Wigger's Diagram & Pressure Volume Curve
You explained the topic really well. I searched around 7-8 videos on RUclips but couldn't understand the way you made it clear. Thankyou so much sir
I love you way of teaching 😊
Tq so much sir ur all lecture are superb 👌👏👍 nd well explained sir mostly ur voice so clear is coming that also so nyc 😊 again tq sir
Thank you sir...your vedio make wigger diagram easy now♥️
Yes it's so easy way thanks sir
This was my long essay today and was so greatful that I saw this ,thank you 😁

Amazing, literally aapki har baat samaj aayi👍👍👍, thanku ☺️🩺
It was a life saviour video for me.
Thank u So much sir❤️❤️

Awesome video
S4 is heard in pathological condition during atrial systole
U made it so easy sir ❤️Thank u so much
Awsm explaination
Thank you so much sir , many helpful video for learning and almost all doubt clear🙏🙏
Shandar Akshat.
1easily understood sir
2 s4 heard if atria undergoes contraction ,it is found in resistive cardio myopathy
S4 is the sound produced during atrial systole(rest 20% ) and it is seen in abnormal condition that is RCM (Restricted Cardiac Myopathy)
Thankyou sir for making this topic easier.😊
Great video Dr sahab . Thank you so much ❤
Nice video & very well explained 🥰
S 4 - pathological condition called restrictive cardiomyopathy , during atrial systole
Sir I m very thankful to u....u do alot for us...and really it's amazing🔥....I really understand cardiac cycle in very easily way🌟
BEST VIDEO EVER THANK YOU SIR ❤
Thank you so much for this video 😊 really great👌👌
wow sir Amazingly u hv explained ....please upload more physiology videos

great video! i totally get it
Thank you so much. 🙏🙏
During atrial systole in abnormal condition i.e.restricted cardiac myopathy(RCM)
The video is really helpful thanks a lot
Sir ,the video was no doubt amazing and the s4 is heard in case of restricted cardiomyopathy
Well done 🌟
Super sir ji 🥰🥰
Sir video is amazing ...😍
S4 is normally not audible but seen in pathological conditions during atrial systol
As per new MCI guidelines can you please put clinical scenario based Questions. Thank you.. 👏👏👏
Okay great! Will do that!
Yes pls
I am from 12th and understood all well
Amazing explanation
Thanks sir
Very helpful 👍
21.55 after long time hearing the word NEET!!!
Thanks a lot sir 👏👏👏👏
Great video bro 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Tq so much for clear explanation 🙏. Is there any stage where both SL and AV valves are open...?
S4 is heard in restrictive cardiomyopathy while atrial contraction.
Sir this video is amazing ❤️❤️
Thank u so much 😌
S4 is heard in pathological condition during atrial systole. In normal condition S4 is inaudible sound.
Sir ans is :-
S4 is produced during artirial systole
Can't heard s4 becoz its a inaudible sound
Sir please make video on regulation of respiration.
Thank y so much sir 😄😄
In gyton there ia a statement at 3times the normal heart rate systole is about 0.65 of the entire cardiac cycle.
I don't understand this one ...if the heart rate is increasing why is the systole duration also increasing
Fourth heart sound produces by rapid filling of ventricles due to atrial contraction . S4 heard just before S1
Thank you sir for your greatfull efforts that make your video a learning video
It is 1st study video after lockdown that was not skip by me 😋
Greate video sir ❤🥰
Thank you sir🙏
Keep it up !!!!
God bless.
Can the stds hav access to pdfs as well for these lectures?

sir plz make vedios on whole cvs topics ..
Yes sure 🌟
mast sir g😁😁😁😘😘😘
S4 is heard in pathological condition during atrial systole
plz make more video on cvs
Sir ECG topic pr video bnayo
Sure 🌟
Ans 1 Wonderful
Ans 2 Restricted Cardiac Myopathy
Thanku sir, !!
4th sound at atrial contraction which is pathological condition
At the time of atrial systole
S4 is heard in pathological condition of atria.
It would great if you make a video for this in English. Thank you!
Sir please upload complete CVS

Thank you di 🙏🙏❤️
S4 heard in atrial contraction in pathological condition
Well done, keep learning 🌟
Very excellent
Many many thanks

Sir..i have one doubt...are u a day scholer...is any problem for a day scholar...
During ejection why pressure in ventricle rises inspite of ejection of blood to aorta🙁?
Yes watch the video carefully I have written it in the end when I have summed up, if not found let me know

sir thanks thanks alot . ecg and bp bhi please aasse hi
BP Has already been made! Kindly check
Atrial systole
👍👍
S4 RCM m sir ji
S4 is because of atrial contraction and Is heard only during pathological condition
Isn't it there in English 🥺🥺
