The Eye thing from Silco, in episode 3 he was telling Vander what it's like to have river toxics go through his eye wound and eat through his nerves when he was fighting him. remember that ? And so i believe that he uses a milder microdosage of the shimmer as a way to either reduce the nerve pain or some sort of narcotic to control the damages done to his eye area... think of it like Morphine or Heroin, but micro dosages "administered" in a more "medical" way. And in case you missed it, the "516" tattoo on VI's face (pronounced Va-i btw, not "vee", it's short for "Violet" which is pronounced "VA-i-yo-let" rght?, but anyway the 516 tattoo that you mentioned is her cell number, her prisoner number, She's Inmate 516 based on the number on the cell... But also, it's Roman numberals for 516 right? BUT... they also spell out the word VI, her name, if you dont read it as roman numberals but read it as english letters. PS: for future shows. You might enjoy watching Demon Slayer as a transition from Arcane into something still beautifully animated with a reasonable complexity of a story in the anime world. But make sure you watch it in the Subs version. If you have already seen demon slayer, then go watch Attack On Titan... or Re:Zero. Trust me, those 2 shows can help build up a patreon for you very very fast.

It's been about 7 years. Powder/Jinx is about 16/17 years old. As far as Silco's eye he explained that in episode 3. It got damaged in the fight with Vander and since the water is full of filth and toxins it got permantley damaged. The reason why the kids never went back for the stuff after Powder toss the bag in the water. Vi was kidnaped by Marcus at the end of Episode 3 so I think you can figure out how she got sent to prison and why he got promoted to Sheriff.
I didn't connect Marcus being the Sheriff for some reason 😬 he probably doesn't feel so good about himself after what happened. As for Silco's eye, I was wondering why he needs to be poked with that needle and why is Powder so into it 😂 Thanks for watching and for the kind explanation!!

I think he microdoses with shimmer to ease the pain or it relives pressure that happens due to the injury but no one really knows. Powder does it because Silco is her caretaker. Her interactions with him are weird with the lap straddling and being super close but it's a father/daughter dynamic. Considering she's lost everyone she's ever cared about it's not shocking she's super clingy
Marcus puts Vi in prison for the theft from episode 1, and probably also blamed the explosion in ep. 3 on her. Then he just makes it so she never gets released.
Heimerdinger and Babette are Yordles. The reason Heimerdinger is so magicphobic is because most of his species were forced into exile and either driven mad or grew senile following the trauma and discrimination of the Rune Wars.
The blue creature who looks like a mix of a Pandoran from James Cameron`s "Avatar" and a bat-human hybrid is a Vastayan. They`re basically a mix of mortals, animals and spirits.

27:30 I agree what you said, but I think that is more like Jayce “has the right and luxury to be a good guy” If you need to fight for your own life, and you chose to “be a good guy”, then you will be poor and suffering for your all life🤔 just as Vander, he chose to not fight meanwhile he give up the chance to be equal as top side, and he is a leader , so of course he got the best life of those poor people. And to other people, they will be like “let’s be a good guy”, and spend their all life to figure out how to survive, and if they unfortunately failed, they just die by starving at somewhere nobody know. So base on what I said, I agree what you said “be a good guy” is a good thing, but that’s not the way to survive for everyone😢

we learned that silcos eye is like that because it got damaged by vander in the water, and the toxic water infected the wound badly
