I enjoyed the points made but I strongly disagree with both your stances on forbidding the evil and enjoining the good. deen is naseeha, and if we don't politely and respectful tell people of their wrongs, especially when sins are publicized, then who will and when? imam al Nawawi mentions that it is only when people stopped giving naseehah and forbidden the evil in public that sins became common and spread. may Allah grant us all hkmah and show us the truth. there must be social pressure on people who publicize sins or else we remove all shamelessness from certain acts that are committed in social media.
