Thanks for the english voice doubling. Very helpful. Do you think you can add it to the rest of the clips from this test as well ? It would be very useful. Thanks for all the hard work and great info !
Good result. Being lower means the A-pillar isn't subjected to the same force as an SUV, which impacts the corner of the truck directly rather than moving under. Would like to see how the Volvo XC60 compares.
@christopherrmcg I didn't say anything about the X3. In any case, according to IIHS, the BMW X3 is safer than the Volvo XC60. X3 was rated as Top Safety Pick Plus. The XC60 did not receive the Plus rating.
Yep because of the side impact! But I bet that in a test like this that Volvo will do better because Volvo doesn't only account for standardized test@@mso8190
@@DashCamSerbia Volvo Sweden took the brand back completely within the past 5 years. And, Geeley left the production of vehicles totally in Swedish hands.
Volvo will forever be the safest car manufacturer it seems.
probably yes, and many other cars are trying to catch up them
There are cars that did better.
@@markmd9 That’s why i’m talking about the manufacturer overall and not this specific model.

The X3 has a weaker roof structure so it will do worse.

Tengo un Volvo, y estoy feliz con Volvo. Me siento seguro y protegido :)
I was wondering, why in Euroncap they don't use the car from the frontal crash to test the rear collision.
Glad you did.
The volvo is a great car in the word
Thanks for listening to the suggestions of adding English text 👏
It is our duty
Can you please show all crash tests for the Volvo XC90, starting with first version, 2003? Volvo For LIFE~~!!!!
we ll try to work it next time
A Volvo crash test should be indicative of PoleStar, Geely and Lynk&Co cars.
Can you test the volvo xc60 suv?
ok maybe next time
Volvo is now trash like any other European car makers. poor safety
This did better than Tesla so make your statement make sense
Volvo is one of the safest car brands out there. 😂 And it is actually Chinese owned (by Geely). 😅
What do you know that euroncap and others don't?
@@DashCamSerbia Volvo Sweden took the brand back completely within the past 5 years. And, Geeley left the production of vehicles totally in Swedish hands.
@j.b.9581 Source? Volvo is still owned by Geely, by 78.65% (businessmodelanalyst).
