I've had the ChiliPad for perhaps 3 years now and I LOVE it! HOWEVER..customer service has not been as helpful as I'd like. In the three years I've had it, it's been replaced 3x's. During it's second visit to the "Chili Hospital" (when it began sounding like a jet taking off), I purchased the BedJet. Whisper quiet and I love it! However, neither of the support devices fit under my bed, and after whacking my toes enough times, one had to be put away. If I had it to do again, I'd likely go with BedJet over Chili!
The first night that I used it was a bad experience. I woke up and when I got out of bed, I forgot the unit was on the floor. I stepped on it, fell into my nightstand knocking my lamp to the floor (that broke). As I was turning to gain my balance, I reached out for something to grab and pulled my tv off the wall (that broke). I tried to save my tv, but threw my back out. I then fell onto the floor, ass first onto the broken bulb from the lamp. I had to get 8 stitches in my ass. Luckily, it didn't hurt when the glass when in, because my ass was still numb from the ChiliSleep. Other than that, it's a great product!

It’s definitely much cheaper! I dont think it cools or warms as quickly. But it’s a good alternative
@@ShervinShares 8 sleep just started selling the cover by itself. That plus a better mattress than theirs could be the perfect bed 🤔

I like ooler better because there is not a constant emf stream. 8 sleep runs emf all night long.

You need the key it comes with.
use the key that comes, you can drain most of it

Complete garbage the company is terrible. Buy the sleep eight that cab slip over ur current mattress. This thing sucks and doesn’t get cold enough plus the condensation makes you feel like he Peed yourself in the morning. Did I mention the company is sucks.
damn sounds like you didn't have a great experience. I do think the Eight Sleep Mattress is MUCH better at cooling, but also more expensive
@Shervin Do you know if the fan on your control unit ran constantly whenever the unit was plugged in? Even outside of operation, (again, the fan, not the pump). Mine does, according to customer support it needs to be repaired, just looking for a sanity check.
when mine was not running, the fan was also off. yes i'd get that fixed/replaced
