I did a kolsch once and used too much Vienna or something else and it took a good 6-8 weeks to come good. Way too malty at the start. See you Friday 👍

This Bock doesn’t seem raisin heavy. If anything that’s the Dubbel.
Both good beers though. Kölsch is a bit of a train wreck!
