Well I gotta say I'm conflicted now. This video is the first I'm hearing of the Dasin Saitama, it definitely wins over the figma in terms of heads. Not just amount but nailing the serious style. However, I think Figma nailed the simple style better, and I think I like it's proportions better too. And the crossed arms are a nice addition. However, how do neither come with an OK face?! That's what I think when I think neutral Saitama. I own neither and now there's 2 options to choose from. Hm.
If you read this, can you tell me where you bought the figure and how much it cost you. I'm trying to get this figure and I don't know where to get it. If you can tell me that would be great!!
The figure definitely is better with a lot of aspects. Only thing that the Figma haves slighty better on then this Dasin figure is it haves finer details on the wrinkles on the pants on the upper thighs and the boots as well as the gloves. Still this figure looks great! For the price point it's really worth it and can see a lot of people buying this over the figma one or until SH Figuarts decides to make their own one punch man figure.
This and the Slam Dunk figures look to use a lot of parts from the SH Figuarts Body Kun. Can't say I'm mad about it though lol, looks good, just don't know how I feel about supporting knockoff stuff. Would've liked to seen some headswaps though, the silly heads on the Dasin one look very odd and small, I think the figma heads would look decent on it

Great review. But disappointed in both figures. Neither of them have neutral/bored face which is the most iconic and important face of saitama. Figma costs too much for what its worth now. Dasin price is okay but the fixed back cape killed it for me ( i planned to add a custom cape ) Feel sad that i cant get a perfect figure for my favourite character. If you know someone shipping a complete custom saitama with neutral face and complete softgoods please let me know .

I think the base mold was made out of Bandai's Body-kun and then the cape was taken from Kamen Rider Brave Taddle Legacy.

Figma not coming with an '..okay face" was a bad move, but the Dasin not coming with one? Criminal! I think both have their strengths and weaknesses!
