See when I say best that's because I see him with same standard as I keep Sonu nigam and arjit singh currently. If you ask me best singer in india who are into pop I will like from my perspective always take name of Sid and Sonu and arjit. Why people don't know him here is because he does not have many songs in hindi only one and that was instant hit. His song with Ajay atul. If you ask any one who practices or listens to lot of different type of music his name will always come out. Unfortunately I'm out north most people aren't like that and that is a fact

You listen to Sid Sri rams many Western pop music it is classically inclined but not too technical as such unless he starts singing pure carnatic. It does sound rooted but not too technical.As I said arjit has grown with all the composers. There is a lot of bias Not saying Arijit isn't talented
