I did not change the balance factor, just fabricated a master weight to put on the test crank pin. The exercise is to balance uneven weights on the forged flywheels for smooth operation at high revs, not for changing the factor.
I could, but this is a private project, no professional company. You´d have to take out the conrod and crankpin, so I´d get just the crank halves. I use a slide fit crankpin plus the master weight for standard balance factor - and I am in Germany, so maybe high shipping costs to go with around € 100.- balancing . Maybe you better look around in your country ??
I did not calculate the master weight and kept the standard balance factor, which is something between 60-70 percent. The electronics are professional balancing equipment for dynamic balancing in two planes, two g-sensors at both ends of crankshaft. So my job was only to remove unbalance from uneven distribution of weight due to forged asymmetric crankwebs. This leads to heavy vibration at high revs, not to be confused with balance factor . Just get your bicycle , take off the chain and spin the pedals fast and watch what the crank does. One pedal is front, the other is at the rear, so basically balanced, having same weight. BUT at higher speed the whole lot wobbles around and this effect may give you an idea about excessive vibration on crankshafts when weights are asymmetric from rough forged crankwebs.
@@wiggerle If you going to video a purpose build crank balancer & not share the info of parts to build & just keep it a secret then don't waste everybody's time because most if not all is going to ask for the resources, part #, software & everything to do with it as lots don't have thousands of dollars like you mentioned to purchase one but have the common knowledge to build their own but may not know where to start. Videos like you just did is to help people & share so if you not willing to help people & share info to the build & just want to tease then keep it to yourself & stop wasting peoples time.
@@ronniebeckner2257 Your comment clearly shows that you have not looked into my description of the video at the top. It was meant to give an IDEA about dynamic balancing logic with a professional electronic set. The rest is all homemade. When you freeze the video you can see MPM on the box, which is a company selling these electronic sets - when you are prepared to spend a few €€€ for this, see the link: www.mpmgmbh.de/en/index.html My guess, you will not spend that kind of money. So maybe you´ll be happy to try Dynex for hobby sets, same basic logics via USB on laptops: ruclips.net/video/nmKPvMJ1Wno/видео.html It is all up to homebuilders to design their own hardware, not my job to supply parts drawings here. The electronics are professional equipment I got from Ebay, the machine is homemade. So not for sale anywhere as it was designed by myself. Similar belt drive machines are for sale from China of course including electronic balancing. Look for balancing machines but expect to see several thousand dollars as start.

How do you calculate the weight of the conrod ? pls reply me

Hello, i am interesting about balancing my sr500 crankshaft, can you do it, how mach it cost?

" I fabricated a calculated balance weight for the SR crank " How you did the calculations?

purely primary bal,a good start but nowhere near true running balance.
What is the purpose of the video, information? procedure? got nothing
Did you really read my text to the video ? If that does not tell you what I wanted to show , so what do you want to know from me now ???
