Sombra is always going to be alittle tricky, somthing I learnt from the riot devs is you can't just balance around power you have to balance around the perception of power. Sounds dumb right? Well no how you feel about a death effects your view on how strong you perceive the character so a character can be complete garbage like sombra is now but still be considered decent or strong from an outsider perspective. Sombra's whole kit was based around making the player shes attacking feel helpless ( less so now ) but by her nature she needs to always be weak to be healthy to ensure the "perceived balance" and player base happy. can leave her permanent invisibility, but remove it from the translocator. let her go into invisibility as before, only after 5 seconds if she is not attacked. she has a chance to sneak up unnoticed, but people will also have a chance to punish her for poor initiation, the translocator will only give a chance to break the distance from the pursuers. the team will have a choice either to chase her and move away from the team, or not) in my opinion, it is quite comfortable to play with sombra at the moment, if you know the map well. I don't know about high ranks, but at gold and below this "nerf" is not felt at all

Make power block block the hack from the front and then i think its okay
