  • Hello I am Suzanne, I am a small scale flower farmer and florist located in Devon in the Uk zone 8B.
I grow on a small cut flower plot of 16 square metres, and also have a cottage style garden.
I grow my flowers to sell predominantly as pre ordered retail bouquets and also provide florals for small events.
I grow without the use of chemicals, and try to garden in away that benefits nature.
My channel is very casual and low tech with all filming and editing being done by myself, content is a real mix of both gardening, cut flower production and floristry.
In this video we go on a tour of the cut flower patch on 2nd September .
If you would like to support my channel and help me fund my camera and microphone for filming you can now buy me a coffee by following this link www.buymeacoff.... Thank you 🌸

Thank you, I decided it needed more blue, but I am loving the apricot colours this year.🌸

I was cross with the caterpillars not only did they eat all my cabbages, they went on to eat most of my honesty seedlings - flowers looking great 😊

Love your videos 😊 and the beautiful tall red Amaranth. I cut the huge tops off and the side shoots become usable in arrangements.

Thank you 🌸Yes that is what I do with the ones outside, the ones in the polly tunnel were self sown, and should not really be there. I need to move them soon, to make way for overwintering crops, so I didn’t think they would have time to give me side shoots, but I probably should have given it a shot anyway. Happy growing 🌸

Loved the tour Suzanne.Your dahlias are looking great. Can I ask which variety of oregano you plant as mine never gets tall enough to use and which snaps you recommend?🌷😀

Maybe you have a short variety?

Thank you 🌸 it’s actually Wild Marjoram (Origanum vulgare) that I grow, very closely related to Oregano, but technically not the same, but often referred to as the same thing. I think from now on I will try and be more accurate with identities, to prevent confusion, thanks for your comment.

My favourite snaps are the CHANTILLY variety 🌸
