I had this lesson with Peter Townsend when I was a dancer. I immediately bought Roth’s book and this technique of awareness of movement and realeasing stress is still with me every day, even if i’ve stopped my dance path more than 15 years. Dance means tension, exploring balance: the five rythms are the right trip to reach the highest idea of dancing. Wonderfull Joanne, this lesson is really precious ❤️
