Off topic but, Italian restaurants need some attention (not pizza). It's so hard to find a good lasagna and chicken parmesan; also meatball subs are important. Oh and garlic knots. All reviewers seem to go straight to the pizza.

I’m partial to eastern NC bbq because I was raised on it, but I acknowledge that there are other regions (TX, KC, GA, Memphis, even HI) that have rich barbecue traditions. It’s worth the trip to see what all the different bbq destinations are up to. 👌🏾
