    Rains a lot? Up in Juneau, Alaska, it averages 9ft of rain per year...the first 14 days I was in Juneau, it rained almost 20inches,....

      Like she would EVER mention that. People have to walk on eggshells around violent crime and who commits the vast majority of it. And because of that mystery demographic, everyone should just avoid ALL of the gulf coast states except for some pockets of Florida or Texas.
