@@r_kurk Did you get a reply? for average cost per sq ft. I saw something similar (very) and it ran 170 per sq ft that included a lot valued at 65,000

Peggy, we were going to build this house...bought the plans with modifications, so excited...we have now decided with materials being sky high, we can no longer build it...we are picking out a smaller house now...so sad!!! I would love to see yours when it's done!! Congratulations to you, I know you are excited!!

@@tammysimmons4819 we vaulted the ceilings in the living room and changed some of the rooms to 9ft ceilings. We took out the bonus room closet and have a full bath instead. We also added a window in there at the back of the house. Took out the butler pantry, moved the bedroom closet and made the regular pantry larger.
