You should check the strength of saturn the dispositor of Moon I.e your lagna lord and also the strength of nakshatra lord of moon. If in good dignity / strength then your moon is not week. Also your sons moon is in kendra house and your son has Mars and Venus in 4th house I.e in kendra to moon, so no problem. Also check the position of moon in d9.
