I had a Ryzen 2700x on a 7800XT and was getting 160-180fps peaks with lows in the 60-80s @ 1440p. Swapped to the 5800x3D and now I get 350-400 wioth lows in the high 200s. Amazing upgrade. Love AMD
Thank you for the comparison, but it would be more interesting if you did it in a server at least full. The use of nades was nice. Keep it up improving!
Yes, I read that the 5800x3d needs more cooling due to overheating but i dont have any Problems (at least in cs2 but thats literally the only game i play)
Thanks for the comparison, I'm thinking just about the same upgrade. Wouldn't it be easier for comparison to use a demo and play it? So you could also use a real match scenario.
Because, in some scenarios, it can reach 90 degrees with stock cooler. I've replaced my stock cooler with Deep Cool Gammaxx 400 v2 and never went over 70 degrees since.
So i am not an expert but in my opinion, the 4070 is bottlenecking on very high/high settings. But I Play almost everything on low & have no stuttering. I am very happy with this combo
bad comparasion.. when u stand... U need to play 5on5... U are deleting the real world performance. I have 4090 i get barely 450 fps average at max settings with 7800x3d 6400mhz memory kit dual rank.. at 1440p.. when i play 5on5.
Sure, you have less FPS in a 5vs5, but I wanted to show the difference between these two CPUs. That's the reason why I walked on every sequence the same route. It's nearly impossible to record a 1:1 side comparison during a match.
@@VIZIONARES its like u compare 9900k vs 12900k.. 5800x3d is better because it uses 3d cache.. 5600x is good for older games. for new games x3d. If u compared x3d in cs go was almost last place and 5600x crushed 5800x3d.

I upgraded from a 2700x to a 5600x a year ago and it completely changed my pc

New cpu cooler really putting in work too.

this is great. been wondering if i needed this upgrade
I am really happy with this Upgrade & can recommend this build to everyone who are using a 5600x. The Game feels smoother than before
What do you think with rtx 3070 or 3070ti, which processor would be better for cs2, or 5600x or 5700x3d? Thank you!

be quiet dark rock pro 4 good for 5800x3d?
what do you guys recommend ? upgraded to a ryzen 5800x3d or 7800 ?
7800 is a whole different platform.
New ram. New motherboard. Very expensive.
If you already are on the AM4 platform then go for 5800x3d obviously.

good test. Maybe test 5800x3d vs 7500f in cs2?

to test CPU for CS2, u must play DM, because too much players make CPU working harder
You should disable FidelityFX to make this kind of test

Probably both if you can
