How many years will be there for the roof plasting by using of chemical once done
I live in Hong Kong and here too much moisture in air. I did this in my home 2 times but it will swallow again after 6 months to 1 year as new plaster is not getting joint with old cement.
Please suggest me what to do.

You need a Bonding Agent. Usually after the loose RCC is removed & rebars cleaned & coated with epoxy / anti corrosion paints / zinc primer a binding agent is brushed on the ceiling. Polymer modified mortar is applied while the bonding agent is still wet. For best results the modified mortar is applied in small parts and manually pressed on the ceiling. Depending on the depth of the cracks in the ceiling you may need to apply a second coat of polymer modified mortar. Such mortar becomes quite smooth on curing. To ensure that the resultant surface bonds to the next coat of mortar / pop / other finishing material; the mortar coat is slightly scratched.
Also it's recommended to remove some rcc under the existing rebars. This ensures that the polymer modified mortar forms a continuous envelope. This coating; under the existing rebars and over the exposed / visible area of the rebars not only acts as a complete cover for the metals but also acts as secondary bonding Layer between the old concrete and the new plaster / mortar.

You can not repair the corroded rebars eventually the rebars will continue to deteriotate and will cause cracks and spalling on the concrete ceiling.
What if you do this before the rebar corroded
