22:40 well for dancing basic skills are important- but they differ by style. So drilling in basics of one style might help you a lot as a dancer in that style- but it might be an advantage/disadvantage in other styles. All dancers have a style that's their foundation. For example, Taemin from Shinee's foundation is popping. But he also started learning other styles very young and has great versatility. And takes choreo and is able to both learn it and make it his own. For example I've watched a dance analysis of Winwin from WayV where the creator pointed out that sometimes he struggles with some steps in WayV's hiphop based choreo due to his Chinese traditional dance foundations. It's kinda hard to unlearn things you've ingrained into your body. But then there's also some dancers who just have great versatility like Hanbin, or Taeyong(who actually leaned to dance only after becoming an idol trainee).
I think Flexible can be umm... Exercise? I used to be stiff when i stretch my legs (barely touch the big toe). With doing it everyday my hand can even go pass my toe around 1 hand length. One thing that so amazing about this AOTM is that choreographers and back up artists are all his teachers and friends. His connections from his professional dancers day gather in this. Bada, Team BEBE, Spella, Jrik and more. Sometimes i really surprised how he collected all these amazing people through his dancing life. All of them are so supportive, they shared the story, comment, so much thing. Some of them even been here supporting him since day1 (Boys planet) like Bada, Spella and many more. All of them praise how diligent, hard work, and even praise his personality. I know every human is not perfect, but some how he's so perfect. Too good to be true. (Not saying about his image that him or company try to show, but he's so genuine for real everybody who work with him always praises how good he is... From predebut until this day)
