Configure Windows for 802.1X Authentication

This video is meant for students at IIIT-H. This is a tutorial showing how to configure and authenticate over 802.1x for LAN resources
Step 1. Open explorer, right click on computer and click 'Manage'
Step 2. Navigate to 'Services and Applications', open 'Services'
Step 3. Open Wired AutoConfig, set the startup type to 'Automatic' and click on 'Start'
Step 4. Go to 'Network and Sharing Center' and click on 'Change adapter settings'.
Step 5. For your network adapter, right click, go to properties.
Step 6. Select the tab Authentication. Make sure 'Enable IEEE 802.1X authentication' is ticked. network authentication method should be 'Microsoft: Protected PEAP'
Step 7. Click on settings. Make sure 'Validate server certificate' is unticked. The authentication mechanism should be 'EAP-MSCHAPv2'. Click on Configure and make sure that 'Automatically use my Windows logon name and password' is un-ticked. Click OK.
Step 8. Go to 'Additional Settings', under 'Specify authentication mode' select user authentication.
Step 9. This is optional. Click on Save Credentials and enter your email id and LAN authentication password.
Step 10. Click OK.
Step 11. Disable and re-enable your Network Adapter.

Thanks for the video. Please I’m having issue using windows 10 as supplicant because it doesn’t support md5 authentication used by my WinRadius server. What can I do to fix this

Can I use window 10 pc as Supplicant and authenticate my PC using Cisco switch as shown in below topology.
Window 10 PC(Supplicant)---------------------Cisco Switch(802.1x Authenticator) -----------Radius Server
I have switch & radius server configured properly. Only problem I am facing is running wpa supplicant on the Windows PC.

Hi bro... In my university they are providing 802.1x EAP WiFi connection for laptops after the registration of Mac address only how to hack and connect my phone.....give me some ideas

Generate a random MAC Address and then give that to your university. Then always spoof your laptop's mac and your phone's mac to that ramdom MAC Address and then try to connect to the university network. Keep in mind that only one device may work by doing this. Another alternative is to host a hotspot on your laptop itself after connecting to the network and make your phone connect to it.
