We think he's sealing up the holes so they can float it again for salavage. As you can see in the video they have tubes stretching up to the surface being worked with some kind of pump system. Not a particularly safe set up and I imagine they are not being paid very much. In one of the scenes one of the workers is carrying a dinner plate, not sure how that figures into the plans.

Awwww I forgot about that shark with the hook in its mouth :( It was a big one though!
The touchlight on the shark really makes a difference.
This kinda shows why we have so few sharks around our reefs 😞
