fruit actually helps the liver do its job. and helps the body heal from diabetes ,..and does not contribute to diabetes...eating candy, soda, processed foods, junk food, sweets made with bad ingredients...etc do..

I love my nama juicer! I bought the J2 right before the new C2 came out. I’m trying to find a new home for my J2 so I can get this new one ❤️ I was wondering, spring is coming finally in the states, do you have any asparagus recipes? We have wild asparagus growing all around me and I love it! Would love some colorful ideas and your dressings are just phenomenal.

Are cold pressed green juices from Lidl healthy? They say freshly squeezed
the are exposed to light and I bet they are not made with a slow juicer, meaning higher oxidation which destroys vitamins right during juicing. to sum it up, it won’t beat self-made juicing …

If you don’t need a new juicer, you don’t need to get this machine. I think this is for those looking to get a new juicer and perhaps a blender as well.

You should say this is paid advertising
she is an affiliate. It's obvious. It's not like "hey i bought this juicer and it rules! you should get one!" - she gets a commission and she promotes the company because she LOVES the juicer. She doesn't promote things she doesn't love or use on a regular basis. That is why she only is an affiliate for a few things.

It's not worth it , it's better if we eat the food as it appears off the tree or bushes , not In tiny pieces, they might be sensitive, , we wouldn't feel good in a blender either, neither do they or do well , we loose nutrients! 💝🥦🍓🥑🍊🥭
....they literally get chewed into liquid by your teeth. A blender is no different. But do what you want, lol.
