Thank you for this video! I have one question please - if I have multipul products like a fashion affiliate store how can I use the main keyword for each product? I ask it because it has a lots of kinds of shirts how can I use the keyword each product if I have lots of shirts? I guess it will be the same names. This question of mine is in the context of duplicate keywords if there are two products with the same keyword it confuses the search engines. What can be done in such a situation?
Hello, thank you for your comment, You can follow these strategies to avoid duplicate keywords and confusion for search engines: 1. Use Unique Long-Tail Keywords: Instead of using the same main keyword for all products, try to create unique long-tail keywords for each product. For example, instead of just "shirt," you can use "blue cotton shirt for men" or "striped silk shirt for women." 2. Product Descriptions: Write unique and detailed product descriptions for each shirt. Include variations, colors, sizes, materials, and any other relevant information that differentiates each product. 3. Focus on Product Attributes: Highlight specific attributes of each shirt in the content, such as fabric type, design, style, and target audience. This will help search engines understand the uniqueness of each product. 4. Optimize Meta Tags: Use different meta titles and descriptions for each product page. Include variations of the main keyword along with specific product details to make them distinct. 5. Internal Linking: Link related products within your store to provide context to search engines about the relationship between different products. Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hello, thank you for your comment. Here's a better approach for structuring your product names and URLs for SEO: Start with a unique and descriptive base name: Instead of "sample1" or "test1" use a name that reflects the design of the table, such as "Sculptural" or "Elegance" Incorporate relevant keywords: Include keywords like "marble", "dining table", "oval", and "round" naturally within the base name or variations. Here's an example of how you could improve your product names and URLs: Base name: "Sculptural White Marble Dining Table" URL: /sculptural-white-marble-dining-table.html Variation (size): "Sculptural White Marble Dining Table (Large)" URL: /sculptural-white-marble-dining-table-large.html By following these tips, you can create SEO-friendly product names and URLs that are informative for both users and search engines. @RankMath I got it that is a good approach. The problem with woocommerce variation/variable is. IT does not have per page per variation. It is just image with variation name changes from parent URL. How can we make it per url?
Hello, By default, WooCommerce doesn't do this. We suggest that you focus on making the main product page (parent) really informative. Include clear descriptions and high-quality pictures for each color/size variation. Let customers filter the variations on the main page to find what they need. Question: how to do this: user clicks the "buy now" button on a woocommerce product page and the link opens in a new tab instead of the same tab? The link is an affiliate link.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Sorry for the late revert, may we ask if the issue has been resolved? To make the affiliate link open in a new tab when a user clicks the "buy now" button on a WooCommerce product page, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Links. 2. In the Links section, enable the Open External Links in the New Tab/Window option. Enabling this option will add the target="_blank" attribute to all external links on your website, including the affiliate links. By enabling this setting, the affiliate link will open in a new tab when the user clicks the "buy now" button, ensuring that they don't leave your website and can easily return to continue browsing. If you encounter any issues with Rank Math, you can always raise your question here rankmath.com/support/ and our support team would be happy to assist you.
Hello, and thanks for your comment and feedback. Yes, you can duplicate a product page and all of its settings to other products. This can save you a lot of time, especially if you have a large number of products to add to your website. To duplicate a product page, follow these steps: 1. Go to Products > All Products. 2. Find the product page that you want to duplicate and click on the Duplicate button. 3. Enter a new name for the product page and click on the Duplicate button again. 4. The new product page will be created with all of the same settings as the original product page. You can then edit the new product page as needed. Make sure to optimize them accordingly too. Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Helpful video. Here is a question. I have a jewelry store and while doing woo commerce product SEO, and keeping the same focus keywords for both products because they are same, i.e. "Gold Rings", rank math gives a warning that this FOCUS KEYWORDS already used. Can you please tell me how we can avoid this error in case of similar category products in woo commerce store. Just like we have 25 different gold rings in store, so how we can target different keywords for Gold ring, or we can target a single focus keyword for whole category to make it work perfectly or error is just fine in case of woo commerce products ?? I am using FREE version of rank math.
Hello, Thanks for your comment. You can set the same focus keyword in multiple posts, but it is not recommended. Targeting multiple posts for the same keyword would divide the traffic on your website, and it is also not a good SEO practice. Under the Additional tests section of the SEO Meta Box, Rank Math notifies you if you have already used the current focus keyword in other posts. Please refer to this tutorial guide for more details: rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/#focus-keyword-uniqueness-primary-focus-keyword-only If you run into any issues, open a support ticket and we would love to help you sort it: rankmath.com/support/ Hope this helps.
@@RankMath Thank you for the video. I have a similar question as Areeb. In a online shop with maybe 100 similar items (just different brands or very small differences) how should you use focus keywords if it also has to be a keyword that people actually search for and is not too specific? Thanks.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. You can add the brand name along with the product's name to your Focus Keyword. This would help you choose unique focus keywords. Depending upon the product type, you can consider including product attributes (color, size, etc.) in the focus keyword. We recommend you to perform proper keyword research to understand the product attributes people look for while searching these products. Hope this helps. Is the Rank Math section of the edit category available only in the Pro version or do I not have something setup right? When I edit categories, there is no section for rank math and the tabs shown.

Thank you so much for this video! I'm using Kadence Theam, woo templates and see that all rank math SEO optimization I can make only on the product page and it doesn't affect (change) my description or Short description on my template. Maybe because I'm using Kadence blocks in my woo templates for description, images, and product titles. I'm not sure if that is the right way to customize a template but it seems like a good thing in terms I can describe my product in a way I want on the woo template, without trying to insert keywords, because sometimes it doesn't look so natural. And insert all keywords ( with ran math help) only on the product page. So, my question is, can the description and title on the product page and on woo template for the same item "product" be a little different? Which description google will take into consideration in terms of SEO ranking? Thank you.
Hello, thank you for your comment, The description set on product page will be taken into consideration as the templates are only there to help you design the product pages, they are not crawled on indexed by the search engines. Hello, Thank you for your comment. We are happy your ranking improved. But to just clarify, installing a plugin doesn’t and can’t instantly or magically lead to improved search engine rankings. Rank Math, like any other SEO plugin or software, is - at the end of the day - simply software. Its effectiveness depends on how well you use it. Ranking on search engines like Google depends on so much more than just on-page optimization. You could have the “perfect” content, and still, struggle to make it to the top 10 results in SERPs (search engine results pages). Here’s a link for more information: rankmath.com/kb/does-installing-rank-math-guarantee-rankings/ If not using an SEO Plugin works for you, I would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs. Hope this helps clarify your doubts. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Enabling this option will add the target="_blank" attribute to all external links on your website, including the affiliate links.
By enabling this setting, the affiliate link will open in a new tab when the user clicks the "buy now" button, ensuring that they don't leave your website and can easily return to continue browsing.

When I'm creating one product page and set all up can't I just duplicate all off that to other products without setting everything from the begin?
Hello, and thanks for your comment and feedback.
Yes, you can duplicate a product page and all of its settings to other products. This can save you a lot of time, especially if you have a large number of products to add to your website.
To duplicate a product page, follow these steps:

What of if the page is built by web designer, the products and categories pages were already created but you want to optimize the category pages?
Hello, thank you for your comment,
You should still be able to optimize the products and the category pages without any issue even it is an old products/category. You can setup them in Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
Looking forward to helping you.
Please refer to this tutorial guide for more details:

I have a similar question as Areeb. In a online shop with maybe 100 similar items (just different brands or very small differences) how should you use focus keywords if it also has to be a keyword that people actually search for and is not too specific?
Thanks.
Hello, Thank you for your comment.
You can add the brand name along with the product's name to your Focus Keyword. This would help you choose unique focus keywords.
Depending upon the product type, you can consider including product attributes (color, size, etc.) in the focus keyword. We recommend you to perform proper keyword research to understand the product attributes people look for while searching these products.

Thank you.
Hello, thank you for your comment,
The description set on product page will be taken into consideration as the templates are only there to help you design the product pages, they are not crawled on indexed by the search engines.

Did he really say the free version suggests to outlink on product pages... lol

The SEO Analysis in the Free version of Rank Math is generic. Hence it suggests you include an outbound link.
But the PRO version of Rank Math includes suggestions tailored for product pages, and such a recommendation is removed.

after i delete Rankmath Yoast etc.... and USE nothing my rank goes high ha ha
Here’s a link for more information:
rankmath.com/kb/does-installing-rank-math-guarantee-rankings/
If not using an SEO Plugin works for you, I would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
