    Your immune system is your body’s “defense team.” This well-organized squad is constantly at work defending your body against bacteria, viruses, parasites and other invaders. Even when you’re sleeping, your immune system is wide awake and ever vigilant. Just as every organ, tissue and cell needs energy to support their function, the cells and tissues that make up your immune system do too - and this comes from the food you eat and the supplements take. So, it’s not surprising that what you eat impacts how well your immune system does its job. What role does nutrition play in immune health?
    Deficiencies of specific nutrients have been linked with worsening of immune function. When you don’t consume enough of the antioxidant vitamins, vitamin A, C and E through diet, immune cells are more prone to damage due to oxidative stress. Sufficient quantities of B-vitamins, particularly vitamin B6 and B12, are also essential for healthy immune function. In terms of minerals, deficiencies of iron, zinc and selenium are most strongly linked with healthy immune function. Immune function declines with age, which may be partially due to the fact that older people eat less and may fall short of getting adequate quantities of the vitamins and minerals needed for healthy immune function.

You should pray the rosary for your COVID-19, the rosary actually protected 4 priest during the hiroshima bomb, where the bomb was dropped straight at the epicenter of the Catholic church they where in and they did not die nor get affected by radiation but the other people in the vicinity actually died. You should search it up, the priest where living in the message of fatima. Scientist tested them for prolonged period of time and they were baffled that they never suffered any immune system damage.

    Stress can affect our natural body immunity. I think taking TOO MUCH green tea may also affect our body immunity. Having healthy diets, taking vitamin C rich fruits e.g. oranges n try to do Regular EXERCISES r good for our natural body immunity. Stay Strong, Stay Positive n Stay Healthy.     Very concise and well explained. People should include these in their diet regularly. Please bring another video showing what are essential ingredients for strong immue and then breaking down each ingredient and it's source.       Take one lemon and cut it into pieces and put it into a mixie or blender. Pour one glass of hot water or coconut water (if it is available, which will be highly nutritional ) . Put one table spoon of turmeric, chia seeds and black seeds (kalongi, Nigella sativa) , half a teaspoon of black pepper, one piece of garlic, a small piece of ginger, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and a teaspoon of baking soda, a full table spoon of honey and apple cider vinegar. Put in the mixie and stir it. After that strain it and drink the juice every day fifteen minutes before breakfast after coming from the toilet on an empty stomach and also before going to sleep. This herbal juice will increase the immunity of the human body, avoiding constipation, increase the metabolism, normalize the body weight and cholesterol and blood sugar and keep the body safe from all sickness, infections and inflammations.
