Love the artist, the music not so much. Hauser gets the huge following not because he's better cellist because he clearly isn't but he plays music people love to hear.
If you don't like Bach it just means you need more time. Bach is the height of perfection. Bach wrote music that resonates through the soul. The universe could not exist without Bach's music.

Sir, I read about a cellist living in Sarajevo during the war there. Each day he took his cello and sat on a street corner, playing music despite the risk to himself. People there were inspired and found courage within themselves in that dark time. You are the 21st century equivalent. Bless you!👵🤗❤

You are my inspiration, I've been learning the cello since 2004, but due to my work schedules and fragmented attempt at getting lessons and not being able to afford them, makes learning very slow and long. I do what I can and watch many online lessons on here. I am determined to be proficient at it before arthritis stops me forever.

His videos have been my teacher (thank god for slow video speed). Work and life is busy so i try to at least play 10 mins a day. Best of luck.
