Nejo! I was wondering if in a video you could talk about how you came up with the idea of setting up your startup or what process you went through to find a niche in the market. Best of luck with your 2 startups. We will continue to support you from youtube!
Thanks Amigo! I appreciate the kind words Yes, I need to dedicate a vlog for this and it’s already on my mind, so coming soon and I’ll share it clearly 🙏

Watching your vlogs is a great inspiration, thank you for the videos and the way you respond to comments. I could already see the answers to some of the questions I had in the other comments and I was very satisfied. Written with Translator, so there may be errors in the translation. Writing from Brazil
Hi Nejo, congratulations on your startup. Wish you a blast. I'd like to fine out, you mentioned that you are a non- technical owner of the startups, so how where you able to develop these ides (the technical bits) with having issues with things such as Intellectual property right and so on?
Hey Adeyemi! Thanks for the comment, the kind words and for watching. As a non-technical founder, I hire developers to be part of my team and they handle the development of the software and tools. I provide the overall direction on what to be built and my team of developers make this happen. Since they are employees of mine, the IP is owned by my company. Hope this helps 🙏
wowwww, just wowwww, congratulations on your new startup boss. I am so excited for you. I have a question if you wouldn't mind. I'm curious on why you decided to make it 2 different startups instead of probably a premium feature on FA. Thanks.
Thanks for the question! That’s a very important question and something I thought about. So, FA has way too much features and functionalities already for the price we charge (£24.99 per month), most competitors within our space provide about 40% of the features and charge similar prices. So, at the moment FA is over delivering on what’s being charged. So when the idea to build Arb Amigo came, I genuinely wanted to make it a new feature on FA but I felt like it would make the pricing complicated, most people who pay for the “pro” plan are already entitled to the fact that any new thing released will fall under the pro price they already pay, so having to add a new price tier will mess things up. That’s one. Secondly, FA deals with stats and data but arbitrage is solely odds. If I’m to add it to FA, this will mean having additional 6 or 7 new pages, FA already has about 8 or 9 dedicated pages for certain features, so adding new pages will make it cumbersome. Finally, when doing research, I found out that certain companies are charging €200 per month only for the solution Arb Amigo offers, so it makes no business sense for me to add such a solution into a £24.99 product that is already over delivering in the first place. Hence why I decided to make it its own separate startup. They both serve the same audience but they are different products. (For example, Meta owns Instagram and Facebook, one can argue they are both social media platforms and serve same audience but they offer different things to different pockets of users within that market.) Cheers
wowwww!!!, thanks a lot for taking your time to explain. I am sincerely grateful. Your explanation is top tier and makes a whole lot of sense.@@lifeofnejo

Very cool! Best of luck with your new startup :). It feels like Arbamigo could be an extra paid feature of footy amigo, what was the reasoning for making them two separate startups?
Thanks for the kind words. Someone else asked this question and I wrote a lengthy reply. So I’ll leave it here as well. Thanks for the question! Hey Amigo! Oh I don’t mind at all if they close down or not, I have an home office, the only reason why I go out to work outside my house is just for the sake of it and to leave the house. I genuinely do not need to leave the house, I can work from home without issues. If WeWork does close down (or shrink locations) there are so many cool co-working spaces in London and some are even free of charge. So nothing will change for me to be honest Hope this answers your question 🙏
Congrats ! Your videos never disappoint 🥰 I would love to know why you don’t have a cofounder (is it a choice?) & also why did you chose to make two separate apps instead of just adding arbamigo as a feature of FA ?
Hey Amigo! Thanks for the comment. Not having a cofounder is intentional and I’ll create an indent video about this soon. Regarding your second question, other people have asked, so I’ll leave my reply here Thanks for the question! That’s a very important question and something I thought about. So, FA has way too much features and functionalities already for the price we charge (£24.99 per month), most competitors within our space provide about 40% of the features and charge similar prices. I'm starting University next year and on the side i'm looking to start building some projects for my resume anyone have any recommendations for a laptop or specs I should look for?
Hey Amigo! Wishing you success on this journey. As I’m not a programmer, I won’t be able to give recommendations on this. Hopefully amigos who are programmers can leave a reply for recommendations to your comment.
Hey amigo! Not at the moment because we currently have a full team. Pls email me your tech stack, so I can have you in mind. My email is on my RUclips profile 🙏
Man how do you find people to hire for your start ups that you can trust and dont steal your ideas? I have 2 really good ideas but no ide where to get ppl for starting.
Hey Amigo! Thanks for the question! So, honestly - the way I hire people is from Upwork and other reputable freelance platforms. (I have a video on this on my channel) When I interview them before hiring, I get a sense for how they are and if we can work together. Also, because the startup ideas I build are always things that already exist, I’m never concerned about anyone stealing my idea because they already exist in the marketplace, I’m just either making it better or differentiating in different ways. But if your idea is “novel” and doesn’t exist anywhere else on earth then I’ll suggest you hire people in person rather than online like I do. So you can have NDAs signed etc. Hope this helps
@@lifeofnejo Thanks i Will look in to that video of yours too 😊 one is a new idea that don't exist yet and i think can be huge and the other is a website that exists but i think i can make it better 😊
Hey just wondering , why did you insist on a whole new company instead of pivoting and somehow merging the two into one and just offering the arbitrage as a new package within FA sort of safety net in a way ?
Hey Amigo! Thanks for the comment, some people have asked this question and I’ve provided a detailed reply. So, I’ll reply here again: Thanks for the question! That’s a very important question and something I thought about. Thanks for the comment Amigo. 100 of millions of people trade and bet on the sport market on a daily basis. Close to 90% of them use their emotions and gut feelings to make decision on what to trade/bet on. So be a see is - yes I want more people to use a more data driven approach rather than relying on their emotions or gut feelings.
To add to that as an entrepreneur your role is to solve a problem & find a market gap which you’re doing while making money on top, nothing wrong with that. Great work bro! Keep winning🎉
Hey Nejo , you're making great videos ! I was wondering if I could help you enhance editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which would help your video to reach a wider audience . Pls let me know what you think ?
6 minutes into the video is wayyy too long to start talking about the startup. No hate just get to the point quicker. Why does every tech RUclipsr start with 5 minutes of b-roll😂. Feels like an anime filler episode. It would be more interesting to hear you talk about your strategy, target audience, you know real things not RUclips fluff.
lol! My videos are lifestyle content and day in the life type video. That’s why they are episodes and not single videos. If I create a video titled “how to X, how I X, etc” then the video will be just that and won’t have any day in the life scenes. But my day in the life series are what they are “day in the life” and if there’s something happening in the week or day of my shoot, it gets added to the vlog as part of it, but the content is “day in the life” hence the flow. I usually put timestamps in my video but didn’t get the chance to do that for this one (yet) Love 💚
Na Eric. His video formats are a day in the life format. He will highlight something something significant in the caption, however it does not mean the video is about that.
Good luck with both, I really like the sound of the second, that’s such an interesting take on this industry, really hope it roars to success!

Hey Amigo! Thanks for the comment.
Not having a cofounder is intentional and I’ll create an indent video about this soon.
Regarding your second question, other people have asked, so I’ll leave my reply here
Thanks for the question!
(For example, Meta owns Instagram and Facebook, one can argue they are both social media platforms and serve same audience but they offer different things to different pockets of users within that market.)
Cheers
Thanks for your answer, it makes a lot of sense as always !
@lifeofnejo do you have any full-stack developer vacancies?
(I have a video on this on my channel)
When I interview them before hiring, I get a sense for how they are and if we can work together.
So, I’ll reply here again:

@@lifeofnejothank you for the detailed response, I’ll be definitely be watching along rooting for you 🙏🏾
Question: you really want millions of people to bet everyday? Apart from that the video was crisp! so beautiful !
Hey Amigo! Thanks for the comment and for reaching out. I’ll think about it but be sure to send me an email so I have your details
Hello, great work you do! I'm seeking a remote UI/UX role and would love to contribute my skills to your team. I'd love to get in touch. Thank you
Hey Amigo! Cheers for the comment. Hit me up via the email in my profile.

Just reading the news now. lol. Let’s see how it goes
I usually put timestamps in my video but didn’t get the chance to do that for this one (yet)
Love 💚
Na Eric. His video formats are a day in the life format. He will highlight something something significant in the caption, however it does not mean the video is about that.
