You learn language. You play violin and then you do computer work: edit video , edit photos, emailing… I mean… what time do you get up?! And until what hour is it still “morning” in California? 😅 I need 2 days to do what you do…
2:40 i found that the native deodorant made my armpits start smelling badly. I discontinued use after 1 year. I use a different brand and my arm pits don't smell anymore.

The best way to learn the language is to speak it. I do the lessons on my phone but I also ask Spanish speaking people to speak it with me whenever I can. Our maintenance people are Mexican, the lady at the grocery store in the deli helps me to order things in spanish “me Gustaria una livre de pollo por favor😀”. People are usually happy that you want to learn their language and will help you if you’d like them to.
I used to be a competitive swimmer too and really struggle with swimming outside of a club now! Can I ask how you motivate yourself and what kind of sets do you do at a public swim? I end up running through the same couple of sets and get so bored 🤣xxx

Haha i am not good at motivating myself either- I just swim 60-80 laps each time
