    Birds of a feather may flock together, but when it comes to eating quail, there's a one of a kind way to eat this tiny turkey lookalike.This is a really simple dish to make.The quails are marinated,then roasted whole and fried in butter.we hope you will enjoy......

    ROASTED BUTTER QUAIL RECIPE | BATER BIRD RECIPE |HOW TO COOK QUAIL MEAT
    Ingredients :
    Quails - 3 pcs
    -------------------------------
    For marination
    Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
    Onion paste - 1 tsp
    Paprika - 1 tsp
    Cumin and coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Salt and pepper for taste*
    Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
    Butter - 125 gm
    Oven temperature:
    Preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
    cook at 200°C for 15 minutes
    And fry till turn golden brown

    It would help a lot if you shared the ingreadients. You only mentioned salt and pepper and the recipe link you gave does not load. Lastly, as others mentioned, too slow. God bless!

    What was the point of spatckcocking (butterflying) the quail and then closing them up again in the frying pan? Pointless.

    Clean the blood completely from quail meat with water before cooking. This video shows blood oozing out when butter frying in the pan.
