ROASTED BUTTER QUAIL RECIPE | BATER BIRD RECIPE |HOW TO COOK QUAIL MEAT
Ingredients :
Quails - 3 pcs
-------------------------------
For marination
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Onion paste - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Cumin and coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper for taste*
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 125 gm
Oven temperature:
Preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
cook at 200°C for 15 minutes
And fry till turn golden brown

What spices are you putting on the quails. ?? Never cooked quail before.

Clean the blood completely from quail meat with water before cooking. This video shows blood oozing out when butter frying in the pan.
