The best pie dough - Butter Pie

The butter pie is the basic pie for everyone else
You can make burek, cheese, potatoes, greens, any pie in the true way ...
We eat it with all dishes instead of bread, and it can be eaten alone, with the addition of fresh cottage cheese, some jam, marmalade, honey, the choice is great.
Ingredients :
800 g of flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
400 ml of warm water
fat:
a little oil
100 g butter
100 g butter

My main advice is to take your time, work slowly and be calm. The pie is not made on the surface, at least until you have mastered the skill of rolling out the dough a little better
