  • Walking into 100 Liverpool Street feels like stepping into the near future. This is British Land’s most advanced and sustainable building ever - and it shows. Designed by Hopkins Architects, with interiors by Universal Design Studio and Storey spaces by Gensler.
Everything from the lights, temperature and air quality to the flow of people is controlled by SMART sensors. And 100% of the electricity is renewable. The Storey spaces are bright, open and flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Broadgate Circle to one side, and Liverpool Street station on the other.
There are places to work, including private booths and a quiet space for ‘deep focus’. Places to meet, including a mix of meeting rooms you can book online, and a 180-seat auditorium. And places to escape, including a large lounge, 100-seat café and rooftop restaurant. Plus three levels of premium shops, bars and restaurants.
Everything you could possibly want or need is there on your doorstep. You’re just steps from Liverpool Street Station, Exchange Square and a short walk from Spitalfields.
