- In this heartwarming video, I want to share my story of how I live my life with gratitude. I am grateful for my lovely wife and my family, and everything that I have been blessed with. Gratitude has been a driving force in my life, helping me overcome challenges and obstacles. It has helped me to appreciate the simple things in life and has made me a happier person overall. Bipolar disorder is only tough for me now thinking of my past episodes, but seeing them as something that has given me new perspective on life is much more helpful than feeling sorry for my mistakes during those episodes.
