Would you recommend renting a van for starting maybe just the first 30 days just to secure contracts? Then finance one after the contract are secured my concern is financing a van
And paying a lot in insurance and having no loads

You won’t be able to find many contracts renting a van because they want insurance and registration in your name.

I found a guy renting his small box truck for $100 per day local miles only
I want to rent it out over the weekend and see how much I could make in the state of GA .
But might have to finesse the miles

See if he will give you 200 miles a day. That should be enough to schedule a few moves and furniture delivery
