for those who had problem with the 100% weapons achievment just replay the game again from 0 and let parn sword as the last collectable at least that's what I did (also I had every upgrade I hope this will help you too in case you try to get the achievment)
Easiest way to get through that trap is to hit the gear with a few arrows to get it spinning. Once the blades start to spin back to their original position, you'll need to time your jump with Sylph so you can safely glide over and between the blades.
Is there any way to reduce the chance of drops? I've been killing the Shades for half an hour and they still haven't dropped the bow... I feel like they won't drop it for some unknown reason. anyway, nice video!!!
Did you visit all of the shops in the previous stages? According to Vonteal's guide, all shops must be visited at least once in order to have the inventory updated as you progress. If you're not seeing Thunder in the stage 6 shop, you may want to do a quick backtrack to make sure you hit all of the previous shops in order.
Thank you for your detailed video. The timestamps are great, but for me, for example, i can't see which weapon I don't have got, because in the menue it's just a questionmark instead of the name of the sword or the bow. Each weapon have an index. They are numbered. I know it's a little bit of work. But could you add timestamps or the specific number. ;-) I liked the video and subscribed.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! I did consider adding each weapon with individual chapter marks, but that would have left it over 90 different chapters. I'll have to do some testing to make sure it doesn't clutter things up too much. In the meantime, I'd suggest checking out Vonteal's guide. Once you see the item you need and which stage it's in, it should be easier to locate in the video. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2236455573
Hi LBG. How do you mean you can only get it on your first visit? As far as I'm aware, Shuriken can be picked up any time after you unlock the red gates, and it is already noted in the video as a stage 4 pickup.
@@afk4lyf i missed it and tried to go back and could not for the life of me get back into that room, I found another video stating it could only be gotten on the initial visit to stage 4
@@MrSaxonWolfcock I did not experience this issue. There's the secret entrance that opens to a number of other rooms where Iron Claw and a MP Up are located. The only thing you'd need is the Red Gate Key and then head to the upper left most room, just opposite of where you find Iron Claw. You already have to backtrack from stage 4 to stage 1 to get Shuriken, so I'm not aware of anything that would prevent you from reaching it after that.
@@afk4lyf ruclips.net/video/VMfuiHqGDVk/видео.html here is the video I was talking about in question, I got the claw and mp on the first run but when I went back I was no longer able to access that portion. @@MrSaxonWolfcock Ok, I see what he said, but he was only noting that you have to get the red gate key from stage 4 before you can access shuriken. I just did another play through, went through stage 4 without picking up shuriken and then moved only stage 5. From there I was still able to backtrack to stage 1 to get Shuriken. You just have to locate the hidden entrance (same location as Iron Claw) and open the red gate at the top left room entrance. What are you seeing when you go there?

I'm disturbed by how similar this game looks to their previous game, Touhou Luna Nights, and I am similarly disappointed, no, more disappointed in the fact that there isn't any ability to stop time. If your gonna basically take the other game and build another on top of it, you could atleast keep the coolest part.
its similar because its a metrovania there always going to be similar and it didn't have the time stop because the game is part of a long running series that doesn't have that it be a ass pull to put it in most def when the game is cannon to the series so fans are going to complain that they did that. so do your research before you complain

Perfeito!!
I can't figure out how to get back in the area with the red and green doors to get the shuriken. 😓
Someone can say me where i can find the bow 28, please.

4:21 just jumping there doesn't do anything when I do it. Am I missing something?
Yup, it takes 50 jumps to make the platform break. After a while you'll see it start to shake. Just keep going until it drops.

Once you sell a weapon, can you get it back? I mean ones that aren’t enemy drops or sold at Ghim’s shop. I regret selling a couple
I don't believe you can. Fortunately it's a relatively short game and easily worth a few play-throughs to get everything
I sold my old bow by accident… can i still get the trophy?
you should note you can only get the suriken on your first visit to stage 4
