    Great video, I’m actually having that problem, I’m using my iPad,illustrator, I’m exporting making sure file is on png, but for some reason I’ve only been successful once out of the 5 times I tried it, any suggestions

      You will see this problem happen if your artwork has some transparency in it. If you don't want transparency in your artwork it's suggested you use high quality graphics without a background since removing a background will often cause this undesirable effect.
